Every great school system is powered by extraordinary people, and the 2026 FCPS Honors Recognition Ceremony was a celebration of the educators and staff who make a lasting difference in the lives of Fairfax County Public Schools students every day.
Educate Fairfax was proud to support this special evening, recognizing outstanding teachers, leaders and support professionals whose dedication helps students learn, grow and succeed.
The annual ceremony, hosted by FCPS' Department of Human Resources, honors employees who exemplify excellence in teaching, leadership and service while inspiring students, colleagues and the broader school community.
We are grateful to the caregivers, students, community members and staff who took the time to nominate deserving employees, as well as the awards liaisons across the division who helped make this celebration possible.
