Great educators can make a lasting difference in a student’s life. That’s why investing in educators from the very beginning is an investment in the future of every FCPS student.
This summer, Fairfax County Public Schools welcomed novice educators and experienced teachers new to the division for the 2026 Great Beginnings Summer Institute at Fairfax High School. The four-day professional learning experience gave educators an opportunity to build skills, make connections, and prepare to make an impact in their classrooms from day one.
