Neal Rife
General Manager, Porsche Tysons Corner

Neal Rife is the General Manager of Porsche Tysons Corner, one of the largest Porsche dealerships in the Mid-Atlantic and part of Penske Automotive Group. He oversees sales, finance, service, and parts operations for the dealership.

Neal has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He began his career as a car washer and worked his way through the industry, taking on positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately becoming a General Manager. His career reflects a commitment to hard work, leadership, and developing people.

In 2024, Neal was recognized by Automotive News as one of its 40 Under 40 honorees, recognizing emerging leaders in the automotive industry.

Neal is passionate about supporting the local community and creating opportunities for students.

Neal lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, who is a teacher, and their three children. Through both his professional and family life, Neal has developed a strong appreciation for the important role educators play in shaping the next generation.
