Keith Payne Jr., Founder and Principal, Champion Holdings, LLC

Keith Payne, founded Champion Holdings LLC in 2016, where he serves as Principal. He has over a decade of experience in commercial and residential development, business development and consulting and has successfully participated in and is currently developing real estate across the United States.

Keith is co-founder and managing member of 4th Down Partners LLC, who in Spring of 2014, partnered on Stadium Square, a $300M mixed-use development in Maryland. His portfolio also includes the current developments of THE VUE, a development in Charlottesville Virginia, The Shops at Russell Branch, in partnership, with (The Peterson Companies & Caves Valley Partners) a $20M development in Virginia. The Paramount Baltimore, a $70MM development project in Maryland. Whitaker Park Lofts, a $30M development in North Carolina.

He received a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery, from The Harvard Business School Online. He has also completed the RE3 Institute Real Estate Seminar at George Mason University, School of Business and, from 2014-2017, was a guest professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law.

A native of Northern Virginia, Keith resides in Maryland with his wife Shawna, and three children. He is a University of Virginia Football Alumni, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and currently serves on the Board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
