Daniel Rodriguez is an accomplished automotive leader with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and ensuring high employee satisfaction. Currently serving as the General Manager at Porsche Tysons Corner, Daniel oversees a dealership with $85 million in annual revenue, achieving $5.6 million in EBT in 2022. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Daniel fosters a culture of empowerment and engagement among his team, earning recognition as a leader in employee satisfaction. He is also deeply committed to charitable causes, partnering with organizations such as Magic Bus USA and the Paralyzed Veterans of America to raise donations through dealership events and car shows.


With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Daniel has held pivotal roles at several prestigious dealerships. Before joining Porsche Tysons Corner, he served as Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner, where he led a nationwide training task force and helped the dealership achieve top rankings in customer service. Daniel’s leadership also played a key role in charity car shows that raised funds for important causes like Racing to End Alzheimer's and March of Dimes. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Florida and has completed advanced leadership training, including the General Manager Training Academy with the National Automotive Dealership Association and an Excel Leadership Certificate from Penske Automotive Group.
